Role
Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and punctual Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for taking raw footage and transforming it into polished, professional video content. While your primary focus will be post-production, the ability to assist with video shoots is a significant advantage.
End-to-End Editing: Reviewing raw footage and creating a high-quality final product that meets professional standards. Creative Storytelling: Selecting the best takes, trimming segments, and sequences to ensure a smooth and engaging flow. Audio & Color: Performing basic color correction and sound leveling/mixing to ensure high production value. Platform Optimization: Exporting videos in various formats (16:9 for YouTube/Web, 9:16 for Reels/Shorts). Project Management: Organizing digital assets and meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality. Optional Shooting: Assisting in setting up lighting, framing, and capturing footage during shoots (if you have the skill).
Requirements Experience: 1–2 years of professional video editing experience. Software Knowledge: High proficiency in any professional editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or FCPX). Technical Skill: A strong eye for composition, timing, and visual continuity. Punctuality: A proven track record of delivering work on time. We value "fully dedicated" professionals who respect schedules. Portfolio: A showreel or links to previous work that demonstrate your editing style and quality. Shooting Skill (Advantage): Basic knowledge of camera operations (DSLR/Mirrorless), lighting, and framing is a huge plus but not mandatory.
100% Remote (Work From Home): Enjoy the flexibility of working from your own space. Save time and energy on daily commutes. Flexible Working Hours: While we value punctuality and meeting deadlines, we offer flexibility in how you manage your daily schedule. Creative Freedom: We value your "good skills" and artistic input. You won't just be an editor; you'll be a key part of the creative process. Equipment Allowance/Support: (Optional) Support for software subscriptions or hardware maintenance to ensure your setup stays top-notch.
